Blood tubular filters are an essential component of hemodialysis machines used in the treatment of end-stage renal disease (ESRD), comprising a filter mesh endowed with pore sizes ranging from 40 to 300 microns. Hemodialysis is a medical procedure that helps remove waste products and excess fluids from the blood when the kidneys are no longer able to perform this function adequately. The in-line blood tubular filters remove waste products such as urea, creatinine, and excess electrolytes from the blood, while allowing essential substances like red blood cells and proteins to remain in the bloodstream.
Share Filters' blood tubular filter consists of a nylon filter or polyester mesh tube held in the polymer frame by insert injection moulding. This injection moulding processing can take in many forms, allowing for a more robust part giving more reliability and longevity in its usage. The insert filter mesh micron rating available in 40μm, 150μm, 170μm, 200μm, 260μm 300μm. The high throughput rates and precise mesh openings of Share Filters filter meshes contribute to the excellent reliability and performance of hemodialysis sets.

This just a part of specifications which common used.
Mesh count (n/cm), (n/in)
The mesh count stands for the number of openings per inch.
Mesh opening (μm)
The mesh opening w is the distance between two adjacent warp or weft thread.
Thread diameter (μm)
The thread diameter is measured on the thread before weaving.
Open area (%)
The percentage of the open are is the sum of all mesh openings as percentage of the total fabric area
