The cell strainers are commonly used as cell strainers to remove cell aggregates, debris, or clumps from a cell suspension. They are manufactured from precise nylon mesh with evenly spaced mesh pores and pp surport cage by insert injection moulding. Nylon filter mesh discs are typically cutted from high-quality nylon mesh, which offers excellent chemical resistance, durability, and uniform pore size distribution. Share Filters' nylon filter mesh disc available from 3µm to 300µm and other custom micron rating. The choice of pore size depends on the application and the size of particles you want to retain or pass through.
Filter Mesh Pieces and Shapes by Laser Cutting
Share Filters can customize filter mesh pieces and shapes to fit any shape or size requirement. Utilizing laser cutting technology enables us to create intricate shapes tailored to our customers' design specifications. Additionally, our mesh pieces can be manufactured in either single or double layers. The high precision of laser cutting results in edges that are seamlessly closed. These customizable mesh pieces and shapes are ideal for bespoke injection molding applications.

This just a part of specifications which common used.
Mesh count (n/cm), (n/in)
The mesh count stands for the number of openings per inch.
Mesh opening (μm)
The mesh opening w is the distance between two adjacent warp or weft thread.
Thread diameter (μm)
The thread diameter is measured on the thread before weaving.
Open area (%)
The percentage of the open are is the sum of all mesh openings as percentage of the total fabric area
