SHARE FILTERS has the capability to design and manufacture mesh tubes using ultrasonic welding, tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Compared to laser welding and heat welding, ultrasonic welding offers advantages such as precise and strong seams, no burrs and no material build-up. The weld seams can be customized in various configurations, including single seam, double seam, three-side seams, straight seam or oblique/diagonal seam etc.
Additionally, we can combine ultrasonic welding with ultrasonic stamping, heat cutting or laser cutting to fulfill customer custom requirements.
