Share Filters not only manufacture the woven filter meshes, but also can conver the filter meshes to all kinds of pieces and discs by using cold, state-of-the-art laser and ultrasonic punching equipment. The finished filter mesh pieces can be used as the water stream straightener to reduce spray inside some of customer products.

 

Share filter mesh pieces can be tailored to virtually any shape or dimension. Laser cutting allows for elaborate shapes to be cut that are specific to the customer's design needs. Laser cut parts can be also produced in multiple layers. The high-precision laser cut parts are characterized by closed edge quality.
