In the laboratory cleanliness analysis filtration, because of quicker filtration processes, mesh filters are preferred against foamed filters. Polyester (PET) filter mesh and nylon (Polyamide) filter mesh are suitable for all rinsing liquids used because of their chemical stability. Because of moisture-absorbing and thermal asistance advantages, polyester mesh filters are mostly used in cleanliness analysis applications. Share Filters precision polyester filter mesh is compatible with a broad range of solvents, with mesh openings ranging from 5 to 4400 µm.


Polyester filter mesh is known for having a mechanical and chemical resistance greater than that of polyamide (nylon). Polyester filter mesh is often used in chemically aggressive environments. Share Filters not only offers a wide range of specification polyester filter mesh in rolls, but also can process the filter mesh into all kinds of filter components, including mesh ribbons, discs, shapes, tubes, bags, moulded filters. Laser cutting allows for elaborate shapes to be cut that are specific to the customer's design needs. The mesh shapes can be also produced in single or double layers. The high-precision laser cut parts are characterized by closed edge quality. Another cutting method, ultrasonic punching enables precisely defined openings to be made in filter mesh in the highest quality. These mesh discs  and shapes are convenient for directly  usage or custom injection moulding.
