Share stocks PA(nylon) and PET filter mesh with opening sizes ranging from 3 microns to 3233 microns. While we stock large volumes of this product and sell it by rolls, widths for the rolled mesh range from a minimum of 80cm up to 365 cm. We also offer this mesh in custom sizes of pieces and customized laser cuts of various of shapes.

Share Filters' filter mesh pieces can be tailored to virtually any shape or dimension. Laser cutting allows for elaborate shapes to be cut that are specific to the customer's design needs. Laser cut parts can be also produced in double or multiple layers. The high-precision laser cut parts are characterized by closed edge quality without fray. Another method ultrasonic punching enables precisely defined openings to be made in filter mesh in the highest quality. These mesh discs and shapes are convenient for directly using, or for mesh insert injection moulding.
