SHARE is a professional manufacturer& supplier of Nylon, Polyester and PP filter mesh in China and with all available items and size to our customers. We also produce the finished gas or liquid filters, such as coffee filters, tea filters, yogurt filter mesh, automotive fuel pump filters or filter mesh, automotive oil and gas separation filters or filter mesh, vacuum cleaner filters, washing machine filters or filter mesh , air conditioning filters or filter mesh, dishwasher filter, food industry filter, etc.

Our food grade nylon filter mesh fabric is the most commonly used materials for coffee filters. It's inserted in the filter basket, where the increased size of the fabric weave holes helps more coffee grinds flow through than paper. Nylon filter mesh can also be reusable several times, which save a large amount of money compared to paper ones.

Our factory & facility
 
Taizhou Share Filters Co., Ltd is located in Pingqiao industrial park, Tiantai, Zhejiang province, China, hometown of China's filter cloth. SHARE has three subsidiaries covering a building area of approximately 12,300m2: textile plant for filter materials, machining plant for fabricated parts and injection molding plant for molded filters. Every plant operates independently and coordinates closely.

We have more than 200 sets of Swiss Sulzer P7100 & P7150 looms, Benninger warping machine, washing and heat setting machine, laser cutting machine, ultrasonic welding machine, vertical and horizontal automatic plastic injection molding machine to fulfil customer and market needs for general and specific filtration solutions.

We are in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province China. By train, we are one hour away from Hangzhou and two hours away from Shanghai.
 

FAQ

1. Can I get free samples and how long can you deliver them?

We are pleased to provide you with free samples for your evaluation, which will be sent to you within 2 days. Please feel free to reach out to us for samples.

2. How long does a quotation take?
In most cases, we respond within 2 days. If something in RFQ need be confirmed, we will promptly notify you soon.

3. How quickly can I get my order finished?
The production lead time is dependent on the quantity. Typically, it takes 5 to 15 working days for us to complete mass production once you have placed the order.

4. What about your quality control?
By visual inspection, optical or pressure sensitive equipment and automated 3D image-inspection equipment, our production operators conduct self-inspections at every stage of the process. Additionally, we have spot inspections and final inspections carried out by our Quality Control (QC) team.
