Combining plastic injection, SHARE produces insert-molded plastic filter for fluid filtration. Synthetic woven filter meshes, compliant with FDA regulations, including polyamide woven meshes, polyester woven meshes and polypropylene woven meshes. These synthetic woven meshes will be slit into ribbon and be further fabricated into mesh tubes.
Converted mesh tubes will be placed into mold cavtiy, after molds close, molten plastic will flow through mold cavity and cover the synthetic woven meshes to support the meshes.
