A tumble dryer lint filter is a crucial component of a clothes dryer. Its purpose is to capture lint, fibers, and other debris that are released from the clothes during the drying process. The filter prevents these particles from circulating in the dryer and potentially causing blockages or damage to the appliance.

 

 

Laser cutting allows for elaborate shapes to be cut that are specific to the customer's design needs. The mesh shapes can be also produced in single or double layers. The high-precision laser cut parts are characterized by closed edge quality. Another cutting method, ultrasonic punching enables precisely defined openings to be made in filter mesh in the highest quality. These mesh discs  and shapes are convenient for directly  usage or custom injection moulding.
