Product Description

Product Description

Solvent Resistant Nylon Biopsy Bags for Processing Small Biopsies
SHARE nylon mesh biopsy bags reduce risk of small specimen loss during tissue processing. Design allows unrestricted fluid movement around tissue. The material and mesh size of the biopsy bags make them easy to open during grossing. Bags peel open for quick specimen removal at embedding.

We produce three standard sizes for nylon biopsy bags:

Size  Quantity
Small biopsy bag: 30mm (W) x 50mm (L)        Pack of 100 PCS
Medium biopsy bag: 45mm (W) x 75mm (L)    Pack of 100 PCS
Large biopsy bag: 75mm (W) x 95mm (L)         Pack of 100 PCS
Customized sizes are available upon your demand.

As polyester mesh has the advantage of being acid-resistance, we also produce polyester biopsy bags and it is suitable for processing very fine bone samples.

Custom Filter Element

SHARE can manufacture from simple die-cut filter pads to complex laser-cut and ultrasonically welded plastic parts on a molded plastic bracket.
Our high-precision fabrics are used to produce everything from simple parts such as tapes, discs, flat shapes or more complex applications such as filter screens, filter bag, filter cartridges, pleated cartridges, tubular filter elements, filter candles, and more. SHARE develops and manufactures filter elements on request according to your specifications.

Here are a few examples of our custom-made products designed, developed and manufactured by SHARE with processing technologies.  It
enables customers to find the suitable products for their application:

Ultrasonic Slitting
Mesh materials are slit while crushing the edge with ultrasonic vibration.

Tube Processing
Meshes are welded into tubes by the methods called ultrasonic welding and thermal welding.

We have two tube welding types:
Lap Welding (Jointed Surface)

High welding strength. The productivity is low and small-sized parts cannot be welded.

and

Corner or Edge Welding (Jointed Edge)

Welding strength is low, but productivity is high and even small-sized parts can be welded.

Laser Cutting Process
Products of all shapes and sizes can be processed with laser beam and the fraying of the product edges can be prevented.
