The smoke detectot insect repellent filters are designed designed to deter insects and prevent them from biting or approaching in to the smoke detector. It normally made with nylon mesh or polyester mesh. Share Filter can supply filter mesh in rolls, cut pieces, welded tubes, ring and final injection moulded filter for fire alarm filter insect.

More than 20 years of production experience enables us to weave nylon filter mesh with precise and uniform mesh holes. These versatile precision woven meshes meet stringent technical requirements in automotive, biomedical, chemical processing, and water treatment applications. Common applications include insert-molded filters for air and fuel filter cartridges, fuel injector nozzles, and liquid filter bags.

Share Filters has the competence to manufacture mesh tubes either by heat slitting or by ultrasonic welding. For even better filter performance a combination of support- and filter fabrics are possible.
