Share Filters bread roll proofer cup is designed for a long lifespan, even with intensive use and a warm and humid climate. It's designed with snap-in retainer tabs that will not break off. These proofers allow the dough to develop, resulting in a better final product. The rim of the proofer cups is made of high quality polypropylene (PP), ABS or HDPE, which complies to FDA and EU regulations. The cups come standard with a high quality nylon mesh, polyethylene mesh or polyester mesh. Both the mesh and rim are suitable for direct contact with foodstuff.
