Nylon woven meshes produced and supplied by SHARE FILTERS have ratings from 3um to 2500um, which means that we have meshes with mesh opening ranging from 3um to 2500um. Packing and Shipping

1. How Mesh rolls be packed?

Every piece of mesh is rolled and fastened by a paper band keeping the meshes flat, marked with tag showing mesh specifications, such as mesh count, thread diameter, mesh opening/Open Area, Width as well as Color.

Mesh is rolled onto carboard core, and further packed with plastic tube bags to protect meshes. Each roll will be put inside cardboard box, outside the cardboard box covered with PP bags to further protect mesh rolls from loosing out during transportation.

2. Can the meshes be shipped by air?
Filter meshes can be shipped by air (there are two ways: air freight and courier service, air freight is mainly from airport to airport, courier service is from door to door)
Air Freight: Exporters deliver meshes to the airport, and importers will clear customs and collect meshes from airport
Courier Service: This service is the most convenient way to ship meshes at small amount, it is door to door service, faster, but more expensive in comparesion with air freight.

3. How long will it take to ship meshes by sea?
It depends on the destination seaport, estimated arrival date will be provided after ship is booked.
