ShareFilters proofer cup consists of a plastic frame and a sythetic mesh. It fits intermediate provers with a tray hole diameter of 95-97mm. The bakery proofer cup refers to a measuring cup specifically designed for proofing or measuring dough during the fermentation process. It is used to accurately measure the volume of dough and monitor its rise. Normally the shape of proofer cup is in round or square according the proofing machines.
The rim of the proofer cups is made of high quality polypropylene (PP), ABS or HDPE, which complies to FDA and EU regulations. The cups come standard with a high quality nylon mesh, polyethylene mesh or polyester mesh. Both the mesh and rim are suitable for direct contact with foodstuff.
