ShareFilters is striving to produce and supply our clients with standard and custom-made mesh filter elements for increasing demands from industries for liquid filtration, dust collection, sifting and straining. Over 30 years of production experience of filter media including synthetic filter meshes and metallic filter meshes. Thanks to state-of-the-art processing equipment, technology and long production experience, Share Filters has the ability to engineer filter meshes to finished or semi-finished filter elements.
ShareFilters' stock of nylon filter mesh is available in a variety of specifications that take into consideration the mesh opening (µ), open area, mesh count (threads per inch) and thread diameter. Other specifications such as weight (kg/m²), thickness (µ), and air permeability are available upon request. Share monofilament nylon PA6 and PA66 and feature with effective abrasion and alkali resistance. The softening point is between 130°C and 190°C and the melting point is between 170°C and 210°C.

Mesh count (n/cm), (n/in)
The mesh count stands for the number of openings per inch.
Mesh opening (μm)
The mesh opening w is the distance between two adjacent warp or weft thread.
Thread diameter (μm)
The thread diameter is measured on the thread before weaving.
Open area (%)
The percentage of the open are is the sum of all mesh openings as percentage of the total fabric area
