Nylon mesh screen filters have an open-hole structure that allows them to trap and gather solid particles from liquids or air. SHARE provides precision nylon filter mesh by both PA6 and PA66 materials.

1. Laser Cutting 
Laser cutting produces highly precise fabric parts with a heat-sealed edge. Share uses different laser cutting systems to meet customers various requirements including semi-automated vision systems and fully automated with AI programming.

 
2. Heat Slitting
Heated knives are used to create fabric strips/ribbons for much many applications such as injection molding, and hot-cut mesh edges are melted to enhance durability. Optical measuring systems measure ribbon width with tight tolerances.
 
3. Ultrasonic Slitting
Ultrasonic slitting are often used to produce fabric strips with closed edge, minimal material build-up. Ultrasonic cutting is ideal for precise and clean edge quality, and measurements are conducted using optical systems too.

4. Ultrasonic Stamping
Often used for highly precise fabric parts.
Ultrasonic stamping ensures tight geometric tolerances. The edges are non-fraying. One tool is used for punching and can be used for larger quantities. Optical measuring systems measure dimensions and tolerances.

 
5. Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic welding has accurate, clean welds without introducing secondary materials.
SHARE produces precision plastic cylindrical filters by using ultrasonic welded tubes.

 
6. Pleating
We increase the filter surface through pleating.
Fabrics are firstly welded then pleated together, and cut to size of pleats. 

 
7. Sewing
Sewing and stitching are very suitable for various of mesh filter bags. 
The thread, patch and stitch can be customized on demand.

 
8. Plastic Injection Molding
The filter material is inserted into the injection molding tool, positioned and over molded or insertmolded with plastic.

1. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
We are located in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province in China. By train, we are one hour away from Hangzhou and two hours away from Shanghai.

2. Can I get free samples and how long can you deliver them?
