Processing Technologies | Meshes are fabricated into pieces, ribbons and shapes by the methods called ultrasonics, laser and cold cut, including Cold: cutting/punching/slitting/stamping Cold stamping is the most economical process and provides standard-tolerance pieces with edges that are not sealed. Cold stamping is possible for all fabrics. Piece dimensions range up to 1000 x 1000 mm. Ultrasonic: stamping/slitting/pleating/welding/waves Ultrasonic stamping is available for fabrics having mesh openings < 400 µm. Our filter products are used in a wide range of different filtration fields such as automotive, water, healthcare, household applicances, food & milling, along with many other industrial applications.
SHARE(China) has the ability to engineer woven fabrics into finished or partly finished products. With its industrial lines and long-standing experience, we provide fabrics cut to size, lot-to-lot consistency and high quality custom fabricated components, in almost any requested shapes.
At Share, from yarn to product, every phase of production is carefully monitored, employing frequent in-house testing and rigorous inspection to ensure consistent quality at every step of production. Mesh thickness, open area, mesh count and air permeability are all subject to strict controls which result in high quality final products.
Each batch of our filter meshes undergoes a meticulous process involving at least twelve distinct steps, ensuring the ultimate production of high-quality filtering products. The steps of SHARE filter mesh production procedure are:
1. Packed into sealed PE bags(double-layer packaging for medical parts), 100 pcs/bag to 200 pcs/bag depending on the product size
2. Put into bigger PE bag and then standard export carton
3. Wrapped the outer carton with PE stretch film to prevent damage during transportation
