The bakery proofer cup is designed for proofing or measuring dough during the fermentation process. It is used to accurately measure the volume of dough and monitor its rise. Normally the shape of proofer cup is in round or retangle according the proofing machines.
In Share Filters, the rim of the proofer cups is made of high quality polypropylene (PP), which complies to FDA and EU regulations, and the cup is inserted with a high quality nylon mesh or polyester mesh, the selected the mesh of our cups with great care to guarantee the best moisture, air and heat permeability.
