While nylon mesh is widely used for various applications due to its cost effectiveness and flexibility, it has limitations in certain environments, particularly acidic ones. Nylon is susceptible to degradation in acidic conditions. Therefore, if your application involves exposure to acidic substances, it's important to consider alternative materials that are more resistant to acids, such as our polyester mesh.

SHARE recommends polyester mesh for acidic applications primarily because it can withstand a wide range of acids, solvents and oxidizers, and can be used with oils, brake fluid, hydrocarbon fuels, and lubricants. In addition, polyester mesh is resistant to temperature(up to 150ºC), water, and most types of solvents.

SHARE polyester mesh filters have smooth surface, great dimensional stability and strength than other material options, and tighter tolerance. SHARE polyester mesh has different but precise opening percentages ranging from 10% to 92%, various pore sizes from 5um to 4400um, and thicknesses from 40um to 1170um. These allow for the different sized polyester filter meshes to be used in different situations and for different purposes, such as home appliance filters, liquid filtration, dust collection or separation, dry and wet filter bags, sifting, milling, automotive, medical, food, pharmaceutical, molded filters and many more.

We are in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province China. By train, we are one hour away from Hangzhou and two hours away from Shanghai.
