Polyester is one of the strongest fibers and remains resistant even if it gets wet and exposed to friction. Share Filters' polyester printing mesh is a standardize mesh which means that all threads are at an exact, fixed distance from each other in even apertures.

Selecting the high-quality monofilament polyester thread with high tenacity, high tension and low elongation characteristics, Share Filters weaves polyester printing mesh with Sulzer P7100 looms. More than 20 years of production experience enables us to weave polyester printing mesh with precise and uniform mesh holes. We supply white, yellow and other dyed colour printing meshes, with wide range of precise monofilament thread and mesh count. Yellow mesh absorbs more light compared to white mesh, and stops light scattering, therefore helping expose intricate details. You will normally find yellow mesh on mesh counts over 90t, as these are the screens used for finer detailed prints. Yellow mesh can also be known as dyed mesh.


The Properties of Polyester Printing Mesh

• High Stability: The tension remains very stable during the printing process, thus ensuring the printing quality and the service life of the screen.

• High Tension: The fracture resistance is high, and the tension value of the printing mesh is significantly higher than that of the ordinary printing mesh.

• High abrasion resistance: The high-quality fiber is used as the raw material, and the surface of the screen is specially treated to withstand high pressure and multiple frictions. Therefore, the screen has high safety and printing resistance.
