The washing machine filter, also known as the lint filter or debris filter, is an essential component of a washing machine. Its primary function is to trap lint, hair, fabric particles, and other debris that may be present in the laundry water. This helps prevent these materials from clogging the drain or circulating back into the washing machine. The most filter media used in the washing machine filter is polyester filter mesh and nylon filter mesh.
