Product Description


Polypropylene(PP) mesh is known for its chemical resistance as well as its high weldability. Polypropylene also has excellent hydrolysis resistance and resistance to biological, alkali, mineral acids, organic acids, and oxidizing agents.

Compared to polyamide and polyester, polypropylene mesh has a more limited range of mesh openings, Share Filters polypropylene mesh sizes from 60 microns to 800 microns. We not only offers PP filter mesh in rolls, we also process the filter mesh into all kinds of filter components. Thanks to the advanced process equipment, Share Filters can convert the polypropylene mesh into pieces, discs, shapes, tubes, bags and moulded filters.


Ultrasonic stamping is often used for highly precise fabric parts because it ensures tight geometric tolerances for fabrics with mesh openings < 400 microns. Ultrasonically sealed edges are non-fraying and have no edge build-up. Stamped discs with a diameter range of 3 to 95 mm are possible. Multilayer pieces are possible
