SHARE precision nylon filter mesh is made of mono-filament PA6 or PA66 yarn/thread (1:1 weaving method, plain weave), which is ideal for straining, sieving or filtering most liquids, powders or sludges; The term "mono-filament" means that each thread used in the construction of the cloth is a single smooth solid strand instead of many smaller diameter threads twisted together, as in a spun or multi-filament material. These mono-filament threads are perfectly round in section and are extruded to very precise and uniform diameters.
Characteristics:
1.Non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, high strength, large elongation, excellent flexibility.
2.With high toughness, good elasticity, resistance to weak acid, oil, alkali, wear resistance, temperature and other characteristics, but also it has good insulation, low coefficient of lubricating properties, wide range of applications.
SHARE processing capabilities:
With 40 years of expertise and experience from precision filter mesh materials to filter components, SHARE has the capability to convert our precision filter mesh to customer-specific fabricated shapes, such as stampings, discs, pieces, strips, ribbons, tubes, pleated element, bags, molded parts etc, by our outstanding manufacturing capabilities and fabrication processes such as cutting, calendering, welding, slitting, sewing, pleating, molding, and many more.

Each batch of SHARE's filter meshes undergoes a meticulous process involving at least twelve distinct steps, ensuring the ultimate production of high-quality filtering products.
The twelve steps of SHARE filter mesh production procedure are:
Yarn→Raw yarn inspection→Warping arranging→Drawing in heddle→Drawing in reed→Weaving→Initial survey→Washing→Heat setting treatment→Physical properties inspection→Products inspection→Product→(Prefabrated filter and screens if needed)→(Molded plastic filters if needed)
Sample applications of SHARE nylon filter mesh:
Our high-precision fabrics are used to produce everything from simple filter parts such as filter tapes, filter discs, filter flat shapes or more complex applications such as filter screens, filter bag, filter cartridges, pleated cartridges, tubular filter elements, molded plastic filters and more.
We design, develop and manufacture fabricated filters and injection molded plastic filters on request according to your specifications.
Our processing technologies: cold cutting/punching/slitting/stamping, heat slitting/cutting, ultrasonic stamping/slitting/pleating/welding/waves, laser cutting/slitting/stamping, insert/over injection molding.
