SHARE Bubble Polyester Bags are the highest quality plant essence extractors. It allows to separate your herbal extract into different grades, different plants have varying crystal sizes so this will let you keep the best possible extract from your garden. Bubble bag is specially designed to produce the best possible quality of extract for our customers who prefer a streamlined, more cost-effective process.Our screens are top quality monofilament screens. The polyester screen is heat stamped to keep the fibers from shifting, retaining a consistent pore size and preventing contamination of your extracts. 

Bubble bags use the strongest polyester fabric. Triple stitched with bonded thread for extra strength. So it can be used for many years, hundreds of times.

We produce bubble bag in multiple micron sizes commonly 8 bags/kit in 25, 37, 45, 73, 90, 120, 160, 190, 220, 240 micron. Other sizes from 2500 micron to 3 micron are avaiable on your demand.

Installation Instructions

1. Place bags into bucket starting with purple 25 micron bag then white, etc. all the way up to blue 220 micron bag into the bucket.
2. Fill the bucket with enough cold water to cover the bottom of the bubble gags (about halfway full).
3. Put in your frozen and dried plant trimmings.
4. Add enough ice to almost fill your bucket to the top.
5. Begin stirring the ice and plant trimmings for about 15 to 20 minutes, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
6. Pull the bags out one at a time from the water bucket.
7. Extracted herbal will be available for you to collect.
8. Remove the excess moisture using the pressing screen and a tea towel, and use your new herbal extract!

Based on customer's samples, drawings or requirements, SHARE filter mesh can be further processed into various types of cut-to-size filter stamped discs, pieces, shapes, ribbons, tubes, bags, injection molded components etc.

1. Who are we?
Taizhou Share Filters Co., Ltd is a China-based factory established in 1983.
We specialize in filter media with rating from 3um to 2500um (woven filters), converting meshes filters into various sizes and shapes, and molding mesh with plastic to create different types of plastic filters.

2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
We are in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province China. By train, we are one hour away from Hangzhou and two hours away from Shanghai.

3. Can I get free samples and how long can you deliver them?
We are pleased to provide you with free samples for your evaluation, which will be sent to you within 2 days. Please feel free to reach out to us for samples.

4. How long does a quotation take?
In most cases, we respond within 2 days. If something in RFQ need be confirmed, we will promptly notify you soon.

5. How quickly can I get my order finished?
The production lead time is dependent on the quantity. Typically, it takes 5 to 15 working days for us to complete mass production once you have placed the order.

6. What about your quality control?
By visual inspection, optical or pressure sensitive equipment and automated 3D image-inspection equipment, our production operators conduct self-inspections at every stage of the process. Additionally, we have spot inspections and final inspections carried out by our Quality Control (QC) team.
