Laser cut parts can be also produced in double or multiple layers. The high-precision laser cut parts are characterized by closed edge quality without fray. Another method ultrasonic punching enables precisely defined openings to be made in filter mesh in the highest quality. These mesh discs and shapes are convenient for directly using, or for mesh insert injection moulding.
