Polyamide, usually called: Nylon, mainly are in PA6 and PA66 forms, which are widely used in various kinds of filtration, such as automotive, home/domestic appliances, food and beverage, medical and health, life science, aerospace...etc.

Thread Diameter: 27um to 600um
Weave Type: Plain, Twill
Width (maximum): 3900mm (depending on the mesh count)
Narrowest Width: down to 10mm (mother form can be slit into smaller width, narrowest can be as narrow as 10mm)
Synthetic Filter Meshes,including nylon filter mesh, can be further converted/fabricated to different shapes/sizes, which will be further processed, such as injection molding into plastic filters
Fabrication and Converting Techniques: Laser cutting, welding, ultrasonic cutting, welding, slitting, cold punching, slitting, heat slitting and welding, cutting.
